You may have eaten a cup cake, but have you tried a mug cake? One of my aunts, Kristine Hornblow, sent me this recipe recently, and I recommend it as it is particularly quick and easy to make. The whole thing is made in a mug, cooked in the microwave, and can be eaten straight out of the mug too, so no other dishes are required.
Anyway, have a look at the recipe (Krecipes format or PDF), try making it, and let me know how it goes.

Hi Andrew – glad you tried it and liked it
I haven’t as I thought it was too dangerous…
How has the side-by-side chocolate testing going?

Oh, yeah. I was planning to have some sort of chocolate-tasting party thing. I should get round to organising that.

Yes, you should! Maybe we could formulate a questionnaire, or something.
Milly the Kid is wandering around searching for food. She has taken to eating the cat biscuits, which make a goat’s breath smell Bad. I don’t think we should let her in on the Choc Test!

Sorry, I did not think of that until after I had eaten it. I could take a photo of the empty mug…
I guess I will have to make it again sometime and take a photo.

What about the photos that came with the recipe?

I did not take them, so I cannot trust them. Mine would have been a bit different to that made by whoever took those.
